How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password from the login screen by tapping 'Forgot Password' or by going to Settings > Account > Change Password in the app.
How do I sync my data across devices?
Your data automatically syncs when you're signed in. Make sure you're using the same account on all devices and have an active internet connection.
Is my wellness data secure?
Yes. SYM uses encryption in transit and at rest with industry-standard protections. You control sharing and can review privacy settings in the app.
How do I set daily reminders?
Open Pill reminder or Daily Tasks in the app, add your routine, and choose notification times. You can customize frequency and turn reminders off anytime.
Can I export my wellness data?
Yes. Export your data from Settings > Privacy > Export Data. We send a copy to your registered email, usually within 24 hours.
How do I share wellness summaries?
Generate a summary in the app, then share or export it when you want — for example with a coach, partner, or someone in your care circle.
